Hello Philippe, just a small comment on <a href="http://ialnmsnivd.com">inrdctuoing</a> new building blocks: If you introduce too many, BOI may lose one of its main assets: A clearcut, direct overview of what types of value objects are exchanged between what actors.Also, in the new version, are you reconsidering the existing building blocks? For example: one may argue that it is not a service per se that interests a customer, but rather the outcome of that service. Therefore, it may be more important to depict the outcome (e.g. an experience) as flowing from a company to a customer, rather than the service itself. br, Sybren (colleague of Betrand)
